To much time on your hands? Waste some time here
Raul, I only wrap once, just like the Figure 9 instructions but, I put a slippery half hitch just behind the figure 9. I use 1.75mm Zing-it, which I consider pushing the limit on what the Figure 9 can reliably grip. I've had no slippage.

In Dutch's gallery there is this picture:
It shows the tag end passing under the wrap around. Certainly looks like it might be worth a try. If I ever have slippage, I will.
