I double rolled the hem around the perimeter, I've made tarps out of urethane coated tarps and this was all that was needed for strength.
But I'm using sil nylon.
Is a double rolled hem strong enough for a 144'' x "130 blackcat?

Many people go without grosgrain altogether and just use the rolled hem on silnylon tarps. Some people will attach grosgrain just at the tie outs along the hemmed edge (my tarp). And then some do a total perimeter grosgrain edging. Clear as mud. Probably depends if you are expecting high winds during your hang.

Thanks guys. I thought so. Just have to seal it and test for leaks. Forecast for the next 4 days is rain.
It look a bit prettier with the grosgrain, but I'm going to stick with the rolled edges.
It's better to be lucky, than good!
