I am wanting to make myself a chocolate brown HH.
Well, it would have to be an HH inspired hammock, since only Hennessy can make an HH.

Phrasing here is pretty important. Please be careful.

. Yeah, I don't want all that patent stuff coming up again. Trying to avoid it if at all possible. Crossing my fingers that we can ward it off as long as possible.

Well now that the "iffy" phrase has been edited, the only thing perpetuating it is my post above. Do I edit MY post or keep it intact?

About an hour ago I started to type out a bit on that (anything to avoid real work), then thought better of it. The good preacha folks have said already they're sticking to selling things that will steer clear of patent problems. Nuff said. Probably too much said already in this post.

Agreed. If I could take it back I would.

2?s That really does look perfessional. Does your wife wanna modify another? Is it one zipper that goes all the way around or is it one zipper on each side? Did you sew the bottom shut? Turns out I have 3 questions for you.

There are actually two zippers. From the side tie out points there is one on the "short side" and one on the "long side". Both end at the top of the head end. Each zipper is independent of the other. The zipper pulls are on the inside and outside of the bugnet so you can open from in or out.

As far as more work...well.. she real quick has a list of hammocks from 6 friends of mine she said she'd do. After that..we'll see. I'll keep you posted. Depends on her workload for she has an in home sewing business that usually keeps her pretty busy.

I'll take some more detailed shots of the zipper and post them in my gallery.

Yes, there attitude about this is odd. You would think that if a customer wanted to pay THEM money for an option and was willing to carry any extra weight involved, they would be willing to provide it.
