I've been using a synthetic Sportsman's Warehouse camp pillow but am in the market for an upgrade to something lighter since my pillow weighs 10 oz. The AHE pillows look pretty nice and I may look at getting one of those. I've tried the stuff sack thing but it wasn't as comfortable and I don't like the slick/clammy feel of the stuff sack particularly in the summer time.

I couldn't vote because my kelty camping pillow isn't one of the choices...

I haven't tried any of the others listed. Prior to the kelty I just used a t-shirt with other clothes stuffed inside. The kelty is definitely more comfy. I've never really liked the idea of inflatables or the horseshoe shaped neck pillows.

That said, most of my camping is car camping. When I do go backpacking and want to cut the weight, I go back to the stuffed t-shirt method.

I love using my Packa as a pillow. One side is just sticky enough to keep it from sliding around. If it's been used for it's original purpose, rain gear and still wet, then I use either spare clothes or nothing at all, but The Packa is my first choice.

i thought this would be the case too, but working with black rock gear we've come up with an idea that there's enough down inside the pillow to keep it from crushing completely, yet remain really light (like i said, 2 ozs).

in a hammock i really don't need much support, as all air pillows i've tried ended up being blown up like, 1/3 of the way and are generally not comfy against my face...

i don't have the option to use clothing stuff sacks. i don't carry any extra clothes that i dont' wear...

the black rock UL down pillow forms a perfect layer of cushion and support. soft as a cloud as well

I actually have a couple pillows, one was not on your list is the AHE one, very nice, and not a bad price either! But currently I use a Cocoon one, it's an inflatable type, not too shabby! I do want one of those new fan-dangled Stormcrow creations!

I use the cocoon hyperlite pillow, because it stuffs down small enough to fit in your pocket. Works really good under my knees, in the BB, as I get the calf ridge pretty bad. The best thing about it is it's adjustability.

At home, I use a neck pillow that I ordered from Brookstone years ago for airline travel; I can't stay awake on an airplane to save my life. It's great! But, on the trail or at camp, I just use leftover clothing in a stuff sack. My vest is my favorite item to use, but I don't always take it.

The Thermarest pillow in small worked pretty well

but was still to thick for this side-sleeper. I opened the pillow, removed about half the foam chunks, and attached a leash and now it is perfect.
