    Nicely done.

    Let me get this straight....

The net is open on both ends with a big opening at the head and a small opening at the end.

the net is gathers at the foot so you can get into the hammock. Once inside the hammock, you grab he netting and pull it over your body and then tighten up the opening using the cord and the cordlock..... right?

Ok...DIY project # 58 just added to my list.

Wait! Bug season starts her in 2 weeks just moved up to # 2 on the list.

Seriously though, I like the simplicity of the project.

    Well done.

    That's it.

    Looks good!

Hard to see the details, but it looks like your gear organizer could double as ridgeline organizer as well...

Thanks. The stuff sack for the bugnet is a great built-in ridgeline cubby; and you're right, if I add a couple of mitten hooks, the gear organizer could easily hang on my ridgeline... Good thinking!

Gear gets even better when they can be used for more than one purpose.

Looks like I'm heading to the fabric store before I try an ultra lite trip this year. Thanks for sharing!

    Thumbs up Inspirational

    It looks very good!
This is the kind of smart and easy DIY project that I love as a hammock noob.
Bonus points for the storage bag!
