Just to help the sale - I own the Z55 Large ( I am 6', about 190lbs) and fits great. This model has two hydration ports, and fits a 3L bag nicely. The side zipper access is excellent, and has a great exterior pocket for jackets etc. Great pack and excellent priced - you can not find one for under 150.00 online
