Anyone else hanging in the Minnesota winter "storm" tonight?

Looks like one last (hopefully) taste of winter blowing through right now.

Forecast says a low of 29 and winds in the teens.
    1-3 inches of snow possible.

My Primaloft One just came in today from BWDD, and I just had to throw together a quick test UQ for tonight.

I am pretty new to this hammock thing.

Going to to see how the minimal Asym tarp and new UQ perform tonight.

I'll just be in the backyard, but will be a nice test of gear.

Anyone else going to get out in it just because?

Hanging in Ohio right now. Wind howling & trees creaking, but no rain yet. We may get a little snow mixed in tomorrow night. Won't be enough to stick.

    north shore no go

The north shore is looking a little too brutal right now, but I admire your commitment. April in Duluth, you have to really love it to live here. Fortunately I do.

If I didn't have to work...
I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

Y'all are some crazy folks!! I couldn't handle snow this late in the year...down here in GA we're in the mid to upper 80's! We have one good snow (4-6") every couple of years and that's plenty! Stay warm my friends!

    Well. I survived!
The weather actually calmed down a lot after midnight. I woke up around 2am and went in the house. Just not the adventure i had hoped for. ;-)

Anyway. I was warm and protected. We barely had a dusting of snow by daylight.
