    Not a Hanger Yet

I have never been hammock camping and don't own a hammock but, lately find myself obsessed with learning all about it. I got interested while looking for information no DIY Tarps. I think I will try a hammock while I am at it.

So far, this forum looks like the place to find out about all things hammock related.

Welcome, hammock camping is the only comfortable way to camp! Well, unless you consider RV camping as camping even then I think hang'n is the only way!

    welcome to the madness.

while hammocks are not everyone, most people find them alot more comfortable than sleeping on the ground.

Here is an excellent tutorial on how to make your own hammock. Less than $20 and an hour of your time will get you something that will start your addiction to all the hammock goodness. Welcome to HF!
