    on my way to UL!

My pack is Osprey, won't tackle the diy pack just yet, so...

    Pack - 3lb 2oz
    Eno with attached bugnet - 1lb 3oz
    diy cat tarp - 12oz
    diy TQ - 1lb 2oz

I still have to trim the bugnet, so hopefully I'll shed some oz, but not bad so far. My goal is to be under 15lbs for the total weight. If I can get to 10, I'll be hiking the yellow brick road!

Wx stinks today, so I'm going to set up with pics tomorrow.

    Happy Earth Day everyone!

Looks nice so far! Remember to focus on the big 3: Shelter, Sleep System, Pack. You might be able shave at least a lb off your pack weight. I have been looking at the ULA CDT(18oz). Also what are you using for an underquilt and cook system. Check out Dave's site. dphammockgear.com Very inexpensive ultralite gear. Definitely post your entire pack list! Thanks for posting this.

I use little coke can alcohol stoves, or steal the flames off the jet boil my friend lugs around I'm thinking about a 1/2 UQ and a pad for the feet. I have an old thermarest that has a ton of holes. Thinking about cutting it in half, sealing the end, and using it as a sit pad/unter the feet pad in the hammock. Or I have a BA. Or I can use the foam. mmmm. decisions... Once I get it all put together, I'll post the list.

very nice. Here's a gear video I did for 3 season. Summer video will come in a couple of months before my launch of my 50 mile charity hike:

    Base weight just under 10.6lbs

    Summer will be sub 9lbs

I used silnylon from Backwoodsdaydreamer. That's where I got the 1.1 for the TQ too. Cheap seconds, but couldn't find a structural flaw at all. I still have to use seam sealer on it, but will have it up with pics as soon as I find my dern camera.
