For those who have made quilts:

Do you use shock cord or regular line for the drawstring channels on the end. I am using regular drawcord right now but I am thinking about switching to shock cord. Doesn't JRB quilts use shock cord through the ends of the quilts?

I used shockcord, works well. Don't know about JRB.

I used the quilt for the second time last night, this time as a top quilt with the Prolite-4 and SPE underneath, and I was warm. I thought the drawcord on the head end was only useful when the quilt is used as an underquilt. But last night I cinched the top up a bit, and it helped making a tight seal around my neck. I think it helps for this purpose to have an elastic cord.

I've used both, but on totally different styles of UQs so a comparison wouldn't be valid. I will say I really like the way the Warbonnet UQ attaches using the shockcord.

    Yes and Yes

I mean shockcord and shockcord. I like the stretchy feeling.
