    5716 miles-17 days-12 minutes

Some might like, added 30 more NPS units in a trip out west. 2 hammock scenes but mostly scenery and the obligatory shout out to Grizz and Shug:

MM, thanks for the great video and what a great idea. When I think back at all of the National Parks I have visited and not documented in my life, well lets just say that I sure wish I had. Starting today I am going to start. May never get back to all of the ones I have visited in the past but sure going to try. You have inspired me.

    Thanks for sharing the ride!
I also enjoyed gettin' another look at the Canaveral Hang. Makes me want to go back. (Maybe in the Fall - it's not called Mosquito Lagoon for nothing)

    wow, there's a trip.
Were you actually hanging at Bandolier? I've been there, I get up to Los Alamos NM pretty frequently and that's a quick drive over.

thanks for posting, from many sectors (not secure, but abandoned since you left )

SouthMark-46, Marshall Islands and Guam will be painful.
Cakes-thanks..just waiting for someone to slam the Kalimba! Someone on youtube tore my ocarina apart
CrankyBear-and not a drop of rain the whole time-hughs winds from Oklahoma on.
GrizzlyHackle-I just wish there was 'digital' when I started.
Grizz-yes hung at Bandelier, in fact hung in a lot of the NP units excepting Chaco and I could have if I'd had rope(s) long enough and BIG enough. If you hang in the Bandelier Campground it's 1.5 mile hike to the ruins WITHOUT them being open yet-so if you get up early and I was walking a little past sunup, you can beat the tourbuses. I had the whole place to myself for 45 minutes. In fact a lot of places on this trip there were scant people.
Next trip back to the AT to nibble on NH....got a surgery scheduled first so wish me crossed fingers
Dutch-monumental? I'm humbled but thanks. The west is totally worth it and just so beautiful in its own way. You will miss the east though-when I crossed the Mississippi I was thankful to be in Dixie!
Timberr-I'd come back to Canaveral ANY time for your and the Mrs. clams!
