Live south of Birmingham, work in north Birmingham.

Ok at home, but damage is extensive near work in Forestdale and especially Pleasant Grove communities.

Please continue to pray for us.

We survived it in Rome. Lots of downed trees and power lines but so far no loss of life. Cedartown, Cave Spring, and much of Polk County got hammered though. All of my employees down there have checked in and are at work. Still have a few office here in town closed due to the power outages.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the folks in Birmingham and Tuscaloosa. Seeing the pictures and videos is heartwrenching.

Hour north of Bham AL, in Gadsden...the town is fine but some some surrounding communities destroyed...three confirmed dead locally...I work at the hospital and the ER saw over 50 trauma patients come through...Lost limbs, head/neck injuries...lost 13 year old girl, people were found in trees and yards from their houses unconscious... had debris in my yard from other communities, roof singles, insulation, receipts, paper, wood pieces and 2-3 in hail stones...Pinhoti trail probably will need lots of work, thoughts go out to all victims of this storm...

Strong wind and storms in central NC. No tornadoes so far. Everyone is still on edge though, because of all the tornadoes last weekend.

All my family and friends in Tuscaloosa are ok. The damage looks intense. I can't tell where it is by the pictures because all the landmarks I know are gone.

Thoughts with all down South in the path of those tornados .... Condolences to the Mims family. I pray that all of the extended hanging/camping family came through without loss of life. Stuff can be replaced.
