    Greetings

    Hello everyone,

I can't say that I am totally in love with hammock camping....yet. I came across the idea a couple of days ago from looking for some camp sites in FL. I grew up in Georgia, but my wife and I will be moving to Central Florida at the end of May. Anybody in the area???

After doing some initial research, I've decided that I'm going to try a diy hammock. I have nothing against all of the hammock manufactures, but I feel it would be cheaper and more fun to make my own. Plus, you guys have given me a ton of inspiration!!!

    -Eddie

    Welcome!

    From Sweden!

DIY is never wrong, thatīs how I started. Itīs a cheap and easy way to see if you like it or not. Once you like it you will probably getting the same sickness as the rest of us.

Welcome and enjoy. Diy is a bunch of fun in itself. I've got a room full so far.
