    Silly DIY Double Nest Question

I was considering making a mock ENO Double Nest so my girlfriend and I can snuggle, but the width reads 80", and most fabric is only 60" wide. My guess is they attach the additional 10" on each side with some sort of seam parallel to the ridgeline, hence the two-tone color scheme. Can anyone confirm this for me? Also, for those DIY'ers out there, what kind of seam would be best for this? I don't want to end up crashing to the floor! Thanks!

I would think that a double rolled hem to join with two lines of stitching would do, from my limited experience.

Also, have a look at this supplier http://cgi.ebay.com/New-72-Black-1-9...item5d2ba23c85for 72" wide fabrics.

    Hope this helps.

When I built my home sleeper I used flat felled seams to join the fabric. That would be my preference.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.
