I had a physics/chemistry teacher growing up that used to quote Louis Pasteur often. As a former boy scout, it struck home with the "Be prepared" motto. I also believe a rich intellect to be your best resource. That, and a really good spell checker.

I must add though, I do like his other quotes, especially pertaining to wine.

I love the poetry and richness of the Old King James Bible...no other translation has the same tone. My sig quote carries multiple meanings (for proof texting fans) and you have to think a bit to fathom the actual intent.

The second one is a take off from Monte Python Holy Grail (the wizard's name) and my actual name.

Mine is just a fav Bible verse about the entire creation waiting ( groaning for) the better things to come. I felt particularly aware of the "groaning" of the creation last week during the tornadoes!
