They were sellig these in our stores here, when I showed it to Amanda and all she did was roll her eyes and say I would like to see you pack that around. I think her DIY hammocks would be more comfortable.

Yes, one of my smartass friends bought one of these for me for Xmas. Told me to see if it would fit in my pack.

Made me wish I had a swimming pool! They really aren't that bad, not that great, but not bad for a hammock around the yard/pool. Loads and loads easier than pushing my stand around.

Don't know what the product's actual weight is, but 32 lbs shipping weight. ouch After packing that around you would certainly need a hammock.

Hey...it has a cup holder. What more could you ask for? That pretty much negates the weight penalty...wouldn't you say.

PreachaMan, have your wife check her PM. I had a quick request for a sewn item.

Maybe it's just me, but that looks like it has as much in common with a sleeping cot as it does with a hammock.

Is it really necessary for you to post about PM messages? Much less post in multiple threads about it? The recipient will be notified of your message...

That hammock would be the shiznat for lounging on a beach.

I saw one without the sunshade under a shade tree on the lawn at Hot Springs, NC when the Blue Grass Music Festival was going on... it looked sweet then.
