    DIY hammock design just found

    Well... I'm looking for a few hammock stands. ahmmm ahmmmm. Anyway. check out this plan I just found

    nice... simple. I've seen a couple of designs here. I've been thinking about making one. my trees in the yard are a little awkward to hang from. I like to DIY so a hammock stand is like a manaquin for a seamstress. This may be the route I'll go. Thanks!

    That stand has a thread here too. IIRC, it broke near the drilled out areas and was not a success, after testing.
