Going to put a small continuous loop on the head end of the hammock and then make a whoopie coming from the foot end. The hook let me join join the two and also act like the bead some people add to keep the whoopie from pulling through.
So this is going to be your hammock ridgeline?

    Just Ordered

Can't wait to hook the Dutch Hook up to my webbing straps over the high ravine near the top of our local mountain. Knowing it's made by Dutch I'll sleep much more soundly. Or wait, was that my Dutch Clips.

    My new ad slogans,

"Dutchware, hook, line, and a thinker."
Or how about "The Dutch Biner, that, "Clip-a-D-Doodad"

Got my order in two day from ordering, amazed. The dutch hooks are so tiny and work great along with the flyz. I ordered 3 lengths of line and was pleased that it came in one long length so I was able to cut two ridge lines longer than 25'. It's all packed away and ready for the weekend in the woods thanks dutch

Got mine today. Already almost lost one of them because they're so small.

Thanks again, Dutch. These are going to be great.

I'm heading out in the morning for a weekend hike with a buddy and it's going to be his birthday soon so I rigged up a continuous zing-it ridge line with my extra dutch hook, flyz and prusics to give him a little birthday on the trail. He is still sleeping on the ground but He did get him self a Maccat standard so I'm thinking this might help push him into taking to the trees.

Personally I think it will break. However if you try it and it does break I will replace it.

Have you ever thought about a Ridgeline biner?

ohhh, didn't see that. Actually I think I glossed over it and thought it was a dutch biner.

    Probably a better idea.
