I am active on jeepforum.com and they have a button on the top right hand corner that says : My Replies. It is an easy way to keep track of every post you reply to. because It might just be me but I reply to things and go to sleep and wake up and can't remember where I had posted. just a suggestion. doesn't have to be exactly like theres.
If you click on your user CP and then go the stats tab, you can see all posts made by you and all threads started by you.

In any thread, if you click on your own username and select 'Find More Posts by xxxxxx', it will display a list of your last 500 posts.

alright cool. its just a way of having a button to clickon and it shoes the thread highlighted if it has any new posts
Thats what the subscribe function does, sends you an email when there are new posts in a subscribed thread.
