    which net less hammock?

i'm planning to order a double layer net less hammock for cold weather.
    i'm 6'1" 210ish.
i really like my WBBB but i would like to be able to use wrap around insulation, maybe.
i have really gotten accustomed to the foot box and i was wondering if the traveler has a FB or if any other mfg has something similar?
i'm not against DIY but i have no injector, whoa is me.

The footbox is a triangle of fabric sewn to the fabric edge to meet the asym shape of the netting. The Traveler doesn't have that triangle, but it has the same fabric bed shape, and same lie as a BB.

    I like Travelers a lot.

I use either a DIY double, or a Traveler most of the time in winter.

Though I do have a WBBB, I have never got to test a Traveler. I bet it would be a good winter hammock though.

The one I can speak for is a Claytor No Net. I consider it one of my more comfortable hammocks. Generally very low on the calf pressure problem, definitely one of the better hammocks for side sleeping legs straight or fetal. I can even sleep mid-line in it. A pad works pretty good in it's double layer(though not as good as in a JRB Bridge). It is not terribly heavy for a double layer hammock, and it is cheap.

But the winter camping piece de resistance (SP?) is: it works fantastic with a PeaPod. It's narrow cut does not really make it less comfortable (FOR ME), but it does allow the PeaPod to drape down either in contact with my body or very close to it. Which allows the pod to better approach it's top layer warmth capabilities by getting rid of most of the top gap. And, I have slept on my side with my face near the hammock edge and the pod rotated so that I have a breathing hole by my face, with my breath blowing to the side and right outside, condensing and falling to the ground. With all that loft laying right on(the sides of) my head, neck, shoulders and body. Now that is warm and draft free.

So, there is one approach of many! This one works with out fail.
