The Lost River is a 2/3rd length quilt that will fit every gathered end hammock, including HH's with minimal adjustments.
That's from their site. I don't have a Lost River, but my Phoenix doesn't look too different then that, and it works just fine on my WBBB 1.0 DL. I think you should be just fine, but I'm sure someone will confirm that.

I hung my Lost River under a BB with no issues. One suspension line should go outside the footbox. I've heard a triangle thingie helps... I only hung it once...

I have a WBBB 1.7 and lost river apex climateshield underquilt and have no problems hanging both! Like they were meant to be paired together! Easily adjusted and moments to set-up.

i was skeptical , must admit, when i got my ahe lost river.
after having hammockgear and wb quilts with 'full length' suspension & differential cut, i was having a lot of trouble with the ahe suspension design.

but now, WOW! after dialing it in to my wbbb (as you mention) it's awesome. a lot of options for venting, and innovating how it hangs. i've found i really rake down and make the suspension tight, even tying a slippery half-hitch jam knot, behind the cordlock, to ensure it holds.

you ask how it works with the wbbb? as stated.... just make sure the suspension goes over the footbox.. but that would be with any quilt. fits nice. i love the dimensions. hang it tight.
