Why is it that when a person hears it's gonna be rainy and ugly for the night that they feel the need to setup the hammock and sleep outside??

I dunno but it happens to me too. Wife thinks I'm nuts...and she's probably right, but I'm having too much fun to worry about it.

I set my tarp up a few days ago cause the weather was suppose to storm all week. But no rain yet, haha.
Despite the fact that it doesn't rain much here, I look forward to sleeping in the back yard for "practice" when the weather's bad!

Glad it isn't just me sleeping in the backyard with a spouse considering calling the men in white coats.
Maybe because most people have removed themselves so much from the elements that some are looking to still "feel" the weather out there . I know people that don' t even know what stage the moon is at.....
