    Down pillow for Canadians

A few weeks ago i purchased MEC's down pillow. If your like me i have a bit of difficulty getting my head positioned just right in the hammock. I've used various things for this but the MEC down pillow might be the best yet for me. We're all different but at $12?? it might work for you.

Another option (that I have/use) from MEC is the Base Camp Pillow.
it's an insulated inflatable...maybe doesn't compact down to the size of a down pillow, but I'm very happy with it! and it was only $14

Yeah, it's a little more expensive but you can't get better customer service!

I know about HG pillow and nothing against the good folks there. The reason i posted this for us frostbacks is MEC is near by and most of us up here buy stuff semi regularly from them, and they have excellent CS. The pillow is cheap and might be worth a look .

3oz of down plus the ripstop and cord, no more than 6 oz I would imagine. I honestly don't know to tell you the truth.

Gotcha! $12 makes it pretty hard to pass by as well!

Oh no...the wife's down in Edmonton right now, may see another trip to MEC in her future! +1 on their customer service, they are just awesome to deal with, been a member since I was in my teens.

    Cheers
