Question HH Deep Jungle velcro tab

I'm getting ready to section hike the GA portion of the AT. I've set up and used my hammock over several overnight hikes and came across a velcro tab, but I don't know what it is used for. It's a small (~2") single-sided velcro tab on the non-zippered side about 1/2 of the way from the hammock midpoint to the end. It is located inside the no-see-em, but I can't find a corresponding tab anywhere else. It looks like it might be for keeping the rolled-up no-see-em net stowed at the side of the hammock, but who knows? Any ideas of its purpose?

    Thanks,
    -Cruffler

ZQ here. I think that tab is used to secure the unzipped netting when placed over the ridgeline. The other side of the velcro tab should be on the netting along the zipper.

Actually, you would take the netting under then over the ridgeline and secure it with the velcro tabs. I hope this helps. ZQ

My Scouts with the Hennessy zippers have the same velcro tabs.

Thanks, everyone. I guess my problem was that I was rolling up the netting and taking it off the ridgeline when attempting to stow it out of the way. It seems obvious, now...
