Photos And Text?

In the Gallery (top left of the forum), if you upload a photo it will have a BB Code at the bottom of the page. Copy/paste that BB Code into a post and it will embed directly.

I also discovered that the url in the web browser and the one actually assigned in my personal album are not the same.

In the web browser's url address:
http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/album.php?albumid=1158&pictureid=8412

Below the picture in my personal album, i found: http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/picture.php?albumid=1158&pictureid=8412

I had been pasting the former, which was not working. Pasting the latter instead seems to work just fine.

It also works (I discovered today) if you first upload the pictures using the attach files "paper clip" icon above the composing square, THEN start composing your post. Then click on the paper clip again and you'll see a list of the pictures you just uploaded and insert the one you want, type some more, then click paper clip and click another picture, type some more, etc. See? And now, here's another: queen hammock.jpg

This is great because I wouldn't want these pictures in my gallery. Thanks for posing a question that I have been wondering about for quite a while too!!!
