    Multi purpose post

So pardon the multiple task here.

Item one: I have a spinal issue that I can no longer escape from and the Monday after Thanksgiving I am having a spinal fusion.
The down side is it has limited alot of activities but the up swing is the fix should get me active again.

Item two: been going to the gym in prep for the festivities and have lost 23 pounds so far. Booyah!

Item three: at the gym they have this exercise mat that is a thing of complete awesomeness. It is way to heavy for the ultra lighters, but is is soft silky goodness that would be a great under pad.

Turns out they are pricey, but it's almost worth it. I mean this thing is like a sleep number matress or something and I bet it would really block the temp drop.

Thanks for accommodating the spazzyness of the post, lol

hey, if you can even multi-purpose your thread/posts, you are a true Master!

ps- 40$ does not seem much compared to, say, a neo-air, or an exped down filled, y'know?

Please don't... Go see a chiropractor, a good one will help you immensely! I work at an office that sees you folks all the time, and more than 80% of the time it could have been helped. Plus those 80% end up in our office any way because the sugary doesn't work...

Thanks Rhino. One of my vertebrae never grew together as a kid ( I'm truly lazy to the bone) so it's hard to do adjustments on things that aren't there.

I have tried a chiro, but it's well passed that point now.

    Thanks for the props!!
