    you right to defend his terrible customer service is the same right i have to say that it's terrible...

    the whole point of forums like this is to let people know exactly what is happening. i don't appreciate you calling me out either. this isn't the "wags" forums, where people send me money for a product.

    Don't know about Gargoyle's wait time, but I bet it isn't an order and ship same day situation.


    i'm pretty sure the difference (and point) is that those guys say "it will be 4 weeks" and it comes in 4 weeks. not "it will be 2.5 weeks" and then hear absolutely nothing for 3 or 4 weeks...
