Well, from the sound of it, your mother would be proud if you took those sewing machines and made something good with them?

Sorry for your loss. It makes me doubly glad to have my mother still.

And makes me doubly glad I got to meet you at Dot's at Trail Days for the group photo.

The trouble is, Medicine Man doesn't make gear. Perhaps that will change!

Belated condolences MedicineMan. I've lost a brother and just recently my mother, so I can sympathize/empathize. Like you wrote, any one who's been through this knows it's never over. I pray you may do well through the grieving process and always remember your mom with fondness.

My condolences and thoughts going your way.

My parents have taken care of all arrangements, paid for it, and I knew where the phone number was to call to set it all in motion. When my Dad passed last year everything went just as planned. As Mom and the funeral director and I walked from his grave after burying his ashes I looked at him and said "well, guess we should get together and set my own plans up". The next week Mom bought me the plot next to them ($75, it's a small county graveyard), and when I'm there next I'll make the rest of the arrangements.
