    I had to decide between those 2 a month ago. I went with the WBBB and I have not regretted that decision one bit. It is a dream to setup and sleep in.

    Been exactly where you are recently. I bit the bullet and got the WBBB for these reasons (no slam intended to the Clark crew);

    1-Cost. The WBBB is much less costly (even with a judicious purchase of a tarp and Bear Burrito Oven *BBO*) and sells on HF in minutes if one wants to get rid of it. Clarks don't seem to sell as well here (infered in posts above actually) and when they do, normally, the price must be slashed (unlike the WBBB).

    2-Customization. I knew an insulation upgrades etc would be wanted eventually with either and the WBBB begins life as a simple and effective platform for this (IMO).

    3-Features. The shelf and foot box are my favorite features on this hammock. Love the adjustable webbing suspension too YMMV.

    4-Following the crowd. Yup, when in doubt look to the choices of those who are experienced. Just about everyone here owns a WBBB (among others in their kit)...or so it seems. I figured following the choices of folks like Cannibal, Shug, etc would not be too risky.

    My grab and go kit is the WBBB dbl 1.7 (want a 1.1 dbl though) with a Hammock Gear Incubator (moto camp) and AHE New River (car camp) UQs. I have the AHE BBO and Shangri La + Toxaway tarps. HG Burrow TQs. Good set up and I am very pleased with it. There's the info I used to make my choice...your choice is your own.

    But wait. Maybe you did not read Clark's info about 1.1 and 1.7 fabric or that it is mosquitoe proof or that it is tougher or that it is less stretchy.

    Or maybe you just fell for the old WBBB is the best (even though I have no Clark or seen one in person).

    See WB has nothing to worry over. Which has been my point in a few recent threads.

    Just saying.
