Check out the HF DIY fabric sub-forum. Multiple threads listing vendors including a sticky at the top that includes most of the major vendors.
I get mine from a seller on ebay named fabric supplier I think. 4 bucks a yard for 1.1 oz in a good range of colors. I'm about to make my wife a pink and black hammock and an under quilt for myself.
