Checking interest on anyone wanting full scale cat cut patterns. I've got a 3' wide plotter with unlimited length specifications so if you want a 12' long curve with a 6" belly in the center I can do it. You want seam allowances, I can do that too. All I ask is shipping and consumables cost. I'll work up a linear foot price if there is some interest. I'll also post some sample pictures.
I just bought a tarp but I might be interested in the plans because DIY makes me happy.

Seems like you should be able to print quite a few curves across the same length of paper. I'm assuming most tarps have side lengths in only a half a dozen or so lengths and that the cat curve depth is pretty standard so rather than print a specific clone pattern to match a specific tarp you could possibly do a selection of example curves that one could use. Something like a French curve for tarp making. We could probably lay something like wax paper over the template to trace out the one we want and cut it into an actual pattern to us.
$1 per linear foot + shipping. As many curves as you can fit on 36" I dont have any pre made patterns. i'll draw your dimensions.
I'm not building a tarp. I made a foot box pattern for myself and thought others might find a custom pattern useful.
