Can anyone suggest a good book on knot tying? Good illustrations/pictures and easy to follow.

The Ultimate Encyclopedia of Knots and ropework. http://www.amazon.ca/Ultimate-Encycl.../dp/1859679110 . Easy guide, and a colourful coffee table book. Then again I do love Tying it all together (online): http://www.youtube.com/user/TyingItAllTogether . Then there are the classics: The Ashley book of Knots (ABOK), sort of like the bible...
Hope that helps!
p.s. ignore the amazon price (holy moley!)
I don't know about books, but this is a great site. http://www.animatedknots.com Just click "find by name" down the left, or click the tab across the top to find by use.
ABOK is available/downloadable from the web http://www.ebook3000.com/Ashley-Book-of-Knots_6200.html
I love knot books. Just for reference, might as well add the Boy Scout reference books:
