I have tried searching the forums but I can't find an answer to this. Just like the thread title says. How do you stitch amsteel?(or whatever cordage you are using. I'm not biased) Can anyone help me out?

Two ways. One, with a needle and thread...I use dental floss. This can be tedious.
The other is much easier: use your sewing machine. I just tried it, and it works like a charm.

So just go crazy with a sewing machine or is there a special method for this?(That's where I'm confused)
Nothing silly like "Insert first stitch at exact half mark of burry and continue to stitch in perfect blanket stitch every .6 cm to end."
If you are asking about lock stitching a bury...http://www.samsonrope.com/site_files...h_Whipping.pdf.
Cool. Thanks guys!
That was solved quickly.
Incidentally, the red and green "guts" that come in ansteel makes great thread for a lock stitch.
If you do a locked brummel eye splice the stitching is not needed.
If its for an exposed end - you can also use shrink tubing from Lowe's.
