I forget the name, but the trail that goes up along Mt. Lafayette is nice and can be done in four days. Mt. Washington is a good one too, but be prepared for any weather.

A loop starting at Lincoln Woods Visitor Center near Lincoln, about 31 miles around/through the Pemigewasset Wilderness. Some 4000 and 5000 foot peaks and great views included.

Lincoln Woods Trail - Osseo Trail - Franconia Ridge Trail - Garfield Ridge Trail - Twinway - Bondcliff Trail - back to Lincoln Woods Trail.
