Well, that would be pretty simple to make and probably the lightest option.

Winner here...multi purpose, inexpensive, easy to find, can pick what I want, easy to make...love it! Would you like me to send you a stove as prize?

Net result is a warm poncho, suitable for changing clothing (hammocking or at paddling put-ins and take-outs) that also doubles as an insulating layer in my WBBB 1.7 double, or as a light summer TQ. ALso good for sitting around the campfire, as long as you are careful about flaming embers.

OMG...it's the old "I spy someone hoovering over a cathole game"! I think the poncho or fleece blanket trick will work here too!

Usually a well-timed and stern "GO AWAY" lets them know they are entering an area where they are not wanted and saves them from a future PTSD disability claim.

    Adding a waist cinch

makes the fleece poncho a bit more flattering on my girlish figure.

Seriously though, immodesty on the part of paddlers has been a sore point with landowners for years and a heated point of discussion on boating boards. My original idea was for boating, but it seemed to have several other uses as well.
