Cotton Fabric ~ selection for indoor hammock

I was thinking about this initially, not knowing how long my DIY ripstop nylon hammock would last. now I'm 6 months in would the cotton be MORE comfortable? Breath better? Other then a little bit of a pain to get out of, which got way better with situps, I've no complaints with the ripstop.

Maybe better looking? I love the fact that it folds up into a little ball on my nightstand. Don't know if cotton would store as small. What are the improvements that will nudge me back to the sewing mach,,,,error, thread injector.

Not to be snarky... but would you rather sleep in cotton sheets or nylon sheets? Nothing _wrong_ with the synth fabrics. But personally I would rather have cotton for my indoor sleeping. My indoor sleeper (since retired) was polyester taffeta because it was cheap. ($1.50 /yd rather than $4+ for cotton)

The pima cotton is very very nice. Thanks to Rev for the recommendation.
I'm very happy that I got the fabric from this person on Ebay.

I have been planning to use the easy hammock 2.0 method, sheet bend and harbor freight straps.
Will this be a good method to use with the cotton, or would a whipped or gathered end with cord be better?
I'm a little concerned about using webbing long term around D rings.

I have 4 yards of 60" material, and the walls are 13 feet apart.
