    Traveling for work? Ok...

So construction has been slow in my local, and when I got an opportunity to do some drafting in Albany (2 hour drive from home) I took it.

It's really too far to drive every day. Starting time is at 7, to be there I really need to get up at 4am or so to be ready and get there from home. The idea is to *make* money not *spend* a lot of money, and me being me I decided to camp at least a few days a week.

I've been taking pictures of my setups as I go. It's been a good time so far, wonder if the gig will extend into the winter?

I go to various places to mix it up. No Hudson there, it's Saratoga Lake you're probably seeing (Lee's Park), or maybe Thompson's Lake.

That's great. Nothing like being able to work camping intro your everyday life.

Thompson's is a State Park thus technically hammocking is not allowed. However, if you drive around the campsite loop you will probably notice a few hammocks of various types hanging on trees as well as utility tarps, they don't seem to make an issue of it as-yet but this could always change (I bring trekking poles so I'm prepared to go to ground if I must).

Lee's Park is private, and a lot less organized in terms of defined campsites. It's also a couple dollars cheaper.
