49.3 miles on the Georgia AT.

I hiked from Hogpen Gap to Amicalola Falls SP. 49.3 miles in four days. Had a great time and great sleep in my Dream Hammock.

I contracted my son out to put together my pictures on YouTube. Thanks JrDust.

Man, that's a great time. Thanks for posting. I've never done any of the AT and hope to some day.

Awesome trip. Thanks for sharing. I have one question and possibly some follow-up advice for you:
Your post states that you "contracted your son to put together [your] pictures on YouTube". Does this mean you paid him? If so, my advice would be don't do that. Kids invented all this technology stuff, so it is their responsibility to make it work for us free of charge.

The people on the trail make it so much fun. Hikers are a great group to be around.

I paid him. Then sent a bill for the WiFi and electricity he used

Thanks for sharing! I only do photos, but some of y'all are inspiring me to think about videos.

I would like to keep a journal but am always too tired to write at the end of a day. The videos remind me of what was going on and how I was feeling at the time.

    Thanks for watching.
