Hey GLP... I understand how you could have applied my statement to you. But I assure you I was posting a simple, declarative statement helping the OP. I figured it was worth a reminder to the folks new to down gear. The same applies to synth butnot as important as with down.

Synth is not forgiving... but it also doesn't compress as well... so it's probably a toss up as to which is worst. Bottom line... don't do it to any insulation. It's _bad_.
