MacCat Clone Tutorial - Do I need permission to post?

This may seem like a silly question, but I've just finished my MacCat clone and I would like to post a tutorial in the DIY forum. Should I do this? I'm not sure if Brian owns the rights to the design or something...like I said, its a silly question.

Anyways the workmanship is almost identical to the real thing (at least I think it is...never seen a MacCat in person) and I used pictures from his website for the design. What do you guys think?

There's no trouble with DIY versions of gear.

That being said, this sounds very similar to the existing Blackcat DIY plans.

Hey, let's see it anyways. Always nice to get a different perspective.

Oh man! Thanks for pointing that out to me, I probably would've had a much quicker build had I used that tutorial instead of wingin' it. My tut would probably be very similar, so I'll just post some pictures instead. Thanks for the quick reply.

    edit:
dragon, keep an eye on the DIY section for the thread. Should be up by this weekend
