The link is showing $54.93 I have this same one in Garnet and Black I bought locally for about the same $. BTW I am a Gamecock Fan colors are just right.

BOOOOOOOOO Darryljr! jk, I don't mind them nearly as bad since UK finally beat them this past season, well the coach anyway. Can't say I really dislike the gamecocks, just don't care for the qb or coach.
Navy blue and silver was about as close as they had to UK colors, which is good because that was all the REI outlet was offering.

alas, like anything else, not all good things last forever...

they must have had a special or something to reduce inventory or made a typo.

I did order mine for $34.93. check with them to see if they will match that price, they do keep a historical price list.

you can still get one for around $42.00 from Sunny Sports.

PS: Sunny Sports' prices change all the time, mention the lower price and they will give it to you for that.

Just wanted to thank you for posting this deal. I just got one for $34.93 from REI (it was in an open cart and they honoured the price when it was originally put in).

I'm both nervous and excited about this since it will not only be my first hammock (not borrowed or rented) but that I'll have to convince my SO that hammocks are easier and comfier than a tent. eek!

Man, if there isn't at least one great photo in archives of a hammock inside of a tent, for those who wear belts AND suspenders, or want to "transition", then I'll have to learn Photoshop (tm) just to construct one.
