    New to everything

    My name is Allen. I have recently relocated to Charlotte, NC. I have been a GA boy all my life. I have also always been a tent camper. However, hammock camping is something that I have been interested for about a year. I have spent much time on this site and others reading post. I thought I would now make the plunge and ask some questions that I have not found the answers to yet.

    I really like the hammockformus.net community. Now that I am in NC I hope to connect with some members for some camping. Camping by yourself is fun, but not nearly as fun with people who enjoy as much as you do. I look forward to meeting some folks from my area and one day soon own a hammock!
