Lots of orders. If you have a question about an order, Paul is great to work with. Shoot him an e-mail. I have never had a problem with thru-hiker. Usually ships within a few (3-5) days of ordering.

In fact. I just finished a wind/rain shirt from one of their kits they offer made with momentum. That stuff is tricky. Think of sewing paper towel.

I've ordered from Ayce many times and never had a problem! But like Kayak Karl I'm a patient person so I've never paid too much attention to that sort of thing, its a I'll get it when it shows up thing!

    Definitely reliable.

Definitely a bit slower to ship than, say, questoutfitters, who consistently have the order in the mail the first working day after the order.

I just placed an order with thru-hiker July 3 and the order shipped July 9. Four business days.

What a coincidence! I also placed an order on 7/3, although my ship notice didn't happen until the 12th. Usually he's much faster than that, I just figured he was on vacation or something. It'll get here when it gets here.

I have placed many orders at thru-hiker. Never a problem and reasonable shipping times.
