We are in the Springfield Loop of campsites, most folks have made reservations on their own or got in on a list of me reserving sites several weeks ago. There are plenty of sites still available and likely room with others who have reserved a space. Bottom line is a type of site is reserved, not a specific number and if you haven't already made arrangements for a site, you may want to do so. I'll post the list of folks with sites that I know of in a separate post.

If anyone's interested, I'll be bringing a new WBBB 1.1 single layer as a "for sale" item.
Along that same note, I know I'll be bringing some MSR stoves, a Dragon Fly and a couple of Whisper Lights, maybe even a Kelly Kettle or BushBuddy too. In addition I've got a 60L dry bag, an REI Ti Pasta Pot, GSI French Press, some REI Treking poles and a long list of other overpriced unused/underused items to go on the block.
I am new to the forum and hanging. I will be coming on Saturday and not staying over night if that is ok? I would like to meet everyone and check out the hammock gear, I have a lot to learn.
I have some bittersweet news
I have found out, that my wife and I will be "kid free" this weekend. Having 4 kids between the 2 of us, this does not happened often.
I am going to graciousily back out, and plan on the next one.
Welcome to the forum and glad you found us! Most certainly you're welcome to make a day trip of it. (Bring your gear in case you change your mind and want to stay.)
We'll miss seeing you but understand.
I've made reservations. I'll be there with my girlfriend and my dog for Saturday night only. Hopefully I can get her to wake up early enough to get there before sundown on Saturday.
