2011 Texas Fall Group Hang ver 3.1 - November 11-13, Fairfield Lake State Park

I was visiting with clb last weekend, and we both have large collections of books with an outdoorsy topic. Neither of us were inclined to let them continue to gather dust until disposed of by ungrateful and unappreciative heirs , so I'm proposing we all bring stuff to trade...books, fabric, stoves, hammocks...what have you?

I love that idea almost as much as your signature quote about marrying an adult.

I have a ton of stuff that needs new homes from stoves to backpacks. All stuff that I collected to outfit my youth and college groups but it's gathering dust.

Well the wife and I (and the dogs) will have to sit on the maybe bench until it gets closer to the date... There has been a whole lot of life changes goin' round, but we are excited at the prospect of seeing all you guys again! Always a blast!

I know there will be need for several sites but what section are you all looking at? Springfield or one of the other two?

I am (with GREAT reluctance) going to have to miss this year- got drafted into teaching a class that saturday (mggrle raffing rasterly!!)
which is even worse, cause I just spotted the swap meet notice- not that Richard wouldn't be in favor of getting rid of some of my excesses..but! duty first.
I will miss you all terribly...KM(who is quite down now...)
