I can't speak for the folks that are going, but I've camped with them several times, some with kids along, and I would not hesitate to bring my girl is she were still that age.

    Good people posted above.

Yes, we're a pretty calm bunch. There will be a bit of drinking, but no drunks. Promise.

I was up there in early March playing tourist while visiting daughter and it was cold, windy and cloudy. From what I could see it looked like it would be a great place to hang and I hope to get back out there one day.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !

That's yet to be determined. I'm going to ask jrs and Smokehouse to pick a spot, since they've both been there, and I haven't.

There is not much room at the top camp area,,, and lots of campers. Deb and I really like Cove Lake in camp B area (#22 area went out on a point) as your going up the mountian,, just as cool, $10. nightly, swimming area, lots of trees,,,, LOTS... very shady and a nice breeze when we were there.... can also take the canoe/kayak... A great place for a hammock hang... just my thoughts....

Hey i'm game on where ever we hang, it has been a while since i've been there, my only thought on where, there is elec @ top, as mentioned previously mentioned, the fans, the elec type, not the adoring on line "old Gringo Fan club" :-}, may be an asset, if heat persist, but as smokehouse said they found temps and breeze about same, so I'll be happy to hang anywhere except by the neck. i'l b coming on friday or thur late, so smokehouse any particular site #, let me know. Jim
