    Hello, another hanger from Sweden

    Hi everyone.

I was looking for a small tent to use for bike touring and ended up with a DD Frontline!

Great site, I've already been inspired to improve the suspension with some webbing straps.

I haven't slept in the hammock yet, just tried to get the hang (!) of how to set it up. It wasn't as easy as I had imagined (trees in the right places etc), but I realized there are plenty of places you can hang a hammock where you can't put a tent (like in a slope). On the other hand, if I go above the treeline in the Swedish mountains it will be hard to put the hammock anywhere.

Now I must resist the urge to get all those fancy gadgets to make set up easier. I better try it first.

Welcome and keep in mind, hammocks are really pretty easy to set up on the ground when (shudder) needed.
