Hey all,
Just got my Zpacks Cuben Hammock Tarp.
Put some 2mm Spectra Hi vis orange guylines on it and set it up in the yard after putting some Silnet on the ridgeline.
The first thing I noticed and that I don't like, or that I'm not sure if I should be concerned about or not, is the lack of a piece of "back up" material for all the tie-out and ridgeline loops. This my first time dealing with Cuben Fiber, so what do you guys think?
3 tie-outs per side, doors stowed.
Porch mode
The center ridgeline clip for stowing the doors.
Ridgeline and tie-out.
Tarp is definitely light. Wind was blowing and it didn't seem to make as much crackling noise as I was expecting.
