Thanks! The ones in the funky tree were taken at Ocean Lakes campground in Mrytle Beach, SC. That wasn't the only interesting tree in the park...

Unfortunately, none of my past colleagues were there, so I had to in order to get the shot. Thinking back, it was not the wisest thing nor something that says great things about how much I hope to win.

from an overnight at wekiva springs sept 29th and 30th. Would you believe this is a Florida State Park? I actually got permission to hang...well...kind of. Normally hanging anything from trees is forbidden but....the Park Ranger said "that rule does not apply at primitive campsites where you are going. You need to bear bag, so...you must use the trees."

I had to test out how "bear-proof" those straps were some how...

The river below was full of fish...that statement just does not do it justice. Where i was perched...if only i had a cast nest.

Eric could be on another hiking trip. Last time he did he went out for a 10 day trip. So, I would just give him a few days to get it all together. There are a lot of entries to go through too. Good luck dude!
