Hi from new guy from washington state

i just bought hennessy explorer ultralight with the typhoon rainfly. have used it a couple of times and am trying to learn how to use it. so far i'm a happy camper. but reading some of the great advice here leads me to believe i could be happier and poorer yet. -- woopie slings, under quilts, over quilts, longer tree huggers, etc.

by the way, on the explorer ultralight, anybody know what the function of the little velcro tab that is about mid-hammock on the non-zipper side where the mesh meets the hammock?

    thanks

    Hello Kayaker, from another Washingtonian.

I don't have an HH, so can't help ya much on that one.

Where abouts WA are ya? There are plenty of us around, and we are all usually happy to meet up share knowledge and experience.
